• Whats is the Age  Limit & other criteria for participation?

      Participants for the Run must be above the age of 6 years as on date of the race. Minors between 6-14 years must be accompanied                by a guardian/parent who is a participant in the race.

•  When is the Swachh Ameenpur 4K Run event? What are the timings?

     The event is scheduled for Sunday, 10th March 2019 and starts at 6 AM.

• Where is the event going to be conducted?

     Event starts near BandhamKommu Kamaan and end at Shanti Sree Nagar Colony.

• How do I register?

     You can register online by clicking on the registration link and paying through a choice of Debit Card / Credit Card or Net Banking.

• What does the Registration fee cover?

      The fee covers entry to the event, T-Shirt, glucose based beverages and an hour long live music with a Zumba session.

• Will prizes be announced after race?

      Yes.

• When will the T-Shirt issued?

      T-Shirt will be issued on 8th/9th of March 2019.

• When & where will the Bib number issued?

      Bib Number will be issues on 8th/9th of March 2019. You will be notified about the same.

      To collect your T-Shirt & Bib number, please carry :
     1. Your registration confirmation email / SMS
     2. ID Proof with address.

• Can I register manually (offline)?

       Yes, you can contact any of the numbers on the contacts page for offline registration.

• What is the last date of registration?

      Last date for the Online registration is 7th March 2019 (Online). We request you to register early and not wait till the end.

• Can I transfer/cancel my registration? Will there be any refund?

      Sorry, no cancellations are possible and registration fees are non-refundable.

• Oops! I have made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How do I correct it?

       Please send an email to sundaraameenpur@gmail.com with the correct details and we will update it.

• There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?

       Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation  was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please email sundaraameenpur@gmail.com with details of your registration - date of registration, name and your mail id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.
